Lettings
Tenancy law is always changing and it is important that whether you are a landlord or a tenant that you deal with an ARLA registered agent to keep abreast of these changes. Additionally, since 1 April 2019, all lettings agents need to be members of an approved Client Money Protection scheme. John Dallas works in partnership with Green Door Property Management Services Ltd which is both ARLA registered and part of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.
They will handle all monies, reference application and the drawing up of tenancy agreements.
